This is a feeding method that allows the production of O-rings in the required sizes without dedicated molds. Since it can be manufactured using vulcanization for items with an inner diameter of Φ300 or more, large-diameter O-rings in small lot sizes can be produced with short lead times and low costs. We have a wide range of molds for O-ring thicknesses from Φ3 to Φ20, so we can respond to urgent requests. Additionally, because of the vulcanization method used for the joint, there is no reduction in joint strength, and dimensional accuracy is stable due to compression molding with molds.
